Below are the resources you can use to submit for reimbursement for UA, PEP or any other Step up for Students scholarship
- Download and complete the blank invoice with information they require.
- Name of Student
- Name of Teacher
- Date and times class/lesson meets
- Tuition Amount
- Date of payment
- Any other specifics
- Complete Step-up paperwork
- Include in your submission:
- Confirmation emails
- Active or Acuity receipts
- Proof of payment (Bank or card statement)
- Instructor credentials
