Below are the resources you can use to submit for reimbursement for UA, PEP or any other Step up for Students scholarship

  • Download and complete the blank invoice with information they require.
    • Name of Student
    • Name of Teacher
    • Date and times class/lesson meets
    • Tuition Amount
    • Date of payment
    • Any other specifics
  • Complete Step-up paperwork
  • Include in your submission:
    • Confirmation emails
    • Active or Acuity receipts
    • Proof of payment (Bank or card statement)
    • Instructor credentials
